Being a Liverpool-based business, you’d expect them to handle orders within the city quickly, but that’s not the case. Companies like this give scousers a bad rep, and after seeing the reviews, it’s just shameful.

We’re a church in Liverpool and ordered cups for our Christmas Carol service back in November, hoping to give them enough time to deliver. We had used them before, and they were painfully slow then too.

This time, the cups never showed up at all. We were informed they got lost in transit, and while we accepted that, we were promised they’d be sent again. Here we are on January 9th, and they’re still MIA. We ended up spending a lot of money to buy cups elsewhere for our service.

Today, we finally got a refund, which just confirms that the second batch of cups was never even dispatched.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague; they clearly lack pride in their work and don’t care about their customers.

I've been a customer for two years. Always solid, but this time they really knocked it outta the park. Ordered on Thursday, December 22, 2022, via standard mail, and it showed up the very next day, Friday, December 23, 2022. These folks are truly ‘the business’! :-)

I placed an order for some Haribo jelly babies through Amazon. The delivery was prompt, but the sweet container was already opened, and there were a couple of loose candies in the box. I called UK Business Supplies directly and chatted with Isaac. He requested a picture of the damaged container to be emailed, which I promptly sent over. Within 15 minutes, he got back to me to let me know a replacement would be shipped right away. It showed up in just a few days, and the new container was in perfect condition. Really great service from Isaac!!

Watch out, they’re not honest. I placed an order for four items through Amazon marketplace, but only received one. When I reached out, they messed around for a long time, even calling me by the wrong name despite me giving them my order number twice. Eventually, they claimed they had no stock available, offering either a refund for the price difference of one unit or a full return of the order. Yet, their website still shows that they have stock, which makes it clear they just lied to dodge honoring the original price for four units.

I received my order missing one item. I called them right away and had to go through a lot of hassle to get it resolved, with them saying it 'needs to be looked into.' Excuse me, I'm the customer here, I ordered in good faith and it was your error. They confessed that they printed two labels but only shipped one box. Just terrible service; I won't be using this company again.

I've ordered from this company two times, paid for my items, and then got an email a few hours later saying the product isn't available. It's super frustrating and the customer service isn't great. You really need to figure out how to keep your website updated with what's in stock.

I definitely wouldn't suggest making a purchase here. I asked to send back some items, and here we are, 6 weeks later, still getting the same old excuses from different staff members. Now, I'm left with no choice but to take it to small claims court to recover my cash!
